At Along Nature, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we'll happily arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Soaps
  • Essential oils
  • Linen sprays
  • Beauty or self-care products with broken seals
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale items

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3 business days.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.


Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or product, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


Return Shipping

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Along Nature will cover the return shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided under Australian law.
