Returns & Exchange Shipping

Customer Responsibility

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

This includes:

  • Return postage to Along Nature
  • Shipping costs for any replacement or exchanged item

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our Responsibility

Along Nature will cover all return shipping costs if:

  • You receive a faulty or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order arrives damaged during transit.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Recommendations

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Unfortunately, Along Nature cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.

Returns and refunds can only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
